ABOUT OUR PASTOR AND LEADING LADY

We're so elated that you are taking the time to learn more about our Pastor, Shamar Lewis and his beautiful wife, Vanika “Lady V” Lewis.

Shamar Lewis is the Senior Pastor and visionary behind the launch of what we now know as Fresh Start Church. Pastor Lewis grew up in church and had the privilege of serving in many operational roles at a young age. His experience as the Dean of Christian Education, Youth Education Leader, Trustee Board Member and Young Adult Pastor prepared him to be able to execute the launch and growth plan for FSC.

He is a graduate of Sacramento State University with a Degree in Criminal Justice, he has formal training from Gateway Seminary, is a certified Financial Coach with Ramsey Solutions and holds a Speaker Certification from The Daniels Den.

Together, Pastor Lewis and Lady V are a dynamic duo who have a passion to grow disciples and mature spiritual leaders who are on fire for Gods word. They bring a relevant and real perspective to the body of Christ that has made an incredible impact within the city of Vallejo, CA and beyond.
